BLOG de KORA projects: TUTORIAL. Caja "Detalles"/Box "Details"

Hola, soy Silvia de Mi mundo scrap, hoy os traigo, para Kora projects, un tutorial muy sencillo para elaborar una caja en la que guardar algunos pequeños detalles y en la que he usado, por primera vez, la antelina.

Hello, I am Silvia from Mi mundo scrap, today I bring you, for Kora projects, a very simple tutorial to make a box in which to keep some small details and in which I have used, for the first time, the suede.

Para hacerla he cortado 5 cuadrados de cartón gris contracolado de 2 mm. Tres de las piezas miden 9x9 cm. y las otras dos piezas 9x9,4 cm.

To make it I have cut 5 squares of 2 mm glued gray cardboard. Three of the pieces measure 9x9 cm. and the other two pieces 9x9,4 cm.

Pego todas las partes y formo la caja.

I glue all the parts together and form the box.

Para reforzarla, añado cinta de carrocero en todas los uniones exteriores.

To reinforce it, I add bodybuilder tape to all the outer joints.

Para embellecer todas las esquinas, corto tiras de cartulina blanca de 9x 4 cm. y las doblo por la mitad a lo alto. Las pego incluso en el borde superior de la caja.

To embellish all the corners, I cut strips of 9x4 cm white cardboard. and fold them in half up high. I stick them even on the top edge of the box.

Corto cuadrados del papel Dance of bird, de la colección Hello Spring, del tamaño de los laterales exteriores de la caja, coso todo el borde de los mismos y los pego a las mismas.

I cut squares of the Dance of bird paper, from the Hello Spring collection, the size of the outer sides of the box, sew the entire edge of them and glue them to them.

Forro todo el interior de la caja con el mismo papel.

I line the entire inside of the box with the same paper.

Para la base de la caja corto un cuadrado de cartón de 9,8x9,8 cm. y, para la tapa, un cuadrado de 9,9x9,9 cm. y dos de 8,8x8,8 cm.

For the base of the box I cut a 9,8x9,8 cm. cardboard square and, for the cover, a 9,9x9,9 cm. square and two of 8,8x8,8 cm.

Forro el cuadrado de la base con Antelina Rosa Flamenco y lo pego a la misma.

I line the square of the base with Flamenco Pink Suede and glue it to it.

Para hacer la tapa, pego al rectángulo mayor varios chipboards de Flores de sakura (incluso en algunas he pegado dos chipboards juntos para dar mayor volumen), con un pincel voy aplicando la cola de encuadernar por pequeñas zonas y, con la plegadora, voy extendido la antelina para que se adhiera bien y se marque bien el dibujo.

To make the cover, I glue several sakura flowers chipboards to the larger rectangle (even in some I have glued two chipboards together to give more volume), with a brush I apply the binding glue in small areas and, with the folder, I extend the suede so that it adheres well and marks the drawing well.

Para que la tapa se retenga en la caja y no se caiga, uno los otros dos rectángulos entre sí y los forro con el papel Raspberry street de la colección Princess Garden. Después los pego a la parte inferior de la tapa.

So that the lid is retained in the box and does not fall, tie the other two rectangles together and cover them with Raspberry street paper from the Princess Garden collection. Then I glue them to the bottom of the lid.

Y, para decorar una de las paredes de la caja, he elaborado un pequeño marco. Para ello, corto un cuadrado de 7x7 cm., haciéndole un marco de 1,5 cm., lo forro de antelina y coso ambos márgenes.

And, to decorate one of the walls of the box, I have made a small frame. To do this, I cut a 7x7 cm. square, making a 1,5 cm. frame, lined it with suede and sewn both edges.

Para acabar, coloco un pomo de porcelana en la tapa con forma de estrella de mar y decoro con trozos de encaje, pequeñas flores de papel y el chipboard Rama de árbol.

To finish, I place a porcelain knob on the starfish-shaped lid and decorum with pieces of lace, small paper flowers and the Rama de árbol chipboard.
