MINI ALBUM SHAKER-SIRENA / MINI ALBUM SHAKER-MERMAID

Hola de nuevo! Soy Maria José de Scrap Planeta y vengo con un mini super refrescante y original: un álbum con forma de cola de sirena y una gran shaker de portada ¿a quién no le gustan las sirenas? Seres mágicos, malignos y encantadores al mismo tiempo...se dice que las sirenas se mostraban como bellas criaturas para encantar a a todo aquel que se acercara a ellas...incluso podían enamorar a los vientos y dirigir las corrientes marinas...a mi me encanta la mitología y las sirenas me parecen muy misteriosas y un símbolo imprescindible para ilustrar el mar...

Hello again! I'm Maria José from Scrap Planeta and I come with a super refreshing and original mini: an album in the shape of a mermaid's tail and a great cover shaker, who doesn't like mermaids? Magical, evil and enchanting beings at the same time ... it is said that mermaids were shown as beautiful creatures to enchant anyone who approached them ... they could even make the winds fall in love and direct the ocean currents ... I love mythology and mermaids seem very mysterious and an essential symbol to illustrate the sea ...

Quería realizar un proyecto de verano con la colección Sea Time, así que se me ocurrió hacer una plantilla con forma de cola de sirena y con ella trazar las tapas y las hojas interiores del mini, todo de cartón contracolado y con todos los cantos forrados de antelina azul marino. Para la portada, una gran shaker realizada con cartón y acetato, y decorada con diamantes acrílicos plateados y turquesas, y algunas lentejuelas que tenía por casa.

I wanted to do a summer project with the Sea Time collection, so it occurred to me to make a template in the shape of a mermaid's tail and with it trace the covers and inner sheets of the mini, all of laminated cardboard and with all the edges lined with suede. Navy blue. For the cover, a large shaker made with cardboard and acetate, and decorated with silver and turquoise acrylic diamonds, and some sequins that I had at home.

Para decorar la portada utilicé el papel de recortables de la colección Sea Time, que da mucho juego, y algunos chipboards marinos: Fondo peces, Fondo red, Peces, Habitantes marinos y Racimo de serval. Apliqué un poco de tinta plateada y embosing caliente en algunas partes del contorno de antelina, para darle brillo y un aspecto más trabajado.

To decorate the cover I used the cut-out paper from the Sea Time collection, which gives a lot of play, and some marine chipboards: Fish background, Net background, Fish, Marine inhabitants and Serval cluster. I applied some silver ink and hot embosing in some parts of the suede outline, to give it a shine and a more worked look.

La estructura está realizada de forma muy sencilla con unos pedacitos de ecopiel verde pastel. Decoré la espina con una cinta de tul con lunares dorados preciosa, que también me sirvió para realizar el cierre de lazo del mini álbum.

The structure is made in a very simple way with pieces of pastel green eco-leather. I decorated the thorn with a beautiful gold polka dot tulle ribbon, which also served to make the mini album's bow closure.

Para el interior, utilicé un par de troqueles de círculo, uno de ondas y los recortables de la colección Sea Times. Fue la parte que más me gustó del álbum: jugar con los tonos y combinar círculos con recortables y chipboards. Quedó un mini con capacidad para unas 12 fotografías con espacio para escribir en la parte superior de la cola. 

For the interior, I used a pair of circle dies, a wave die, and the cutouts from the Sea Times collection. It was the part I liked the most about the album: playing with the tones and combining circles with cutouts and chipboards. a mini was left with capacity for about 12 photographs with space to write at the top of the queue.

En todas las páginas seguí el mismo formato de decoración, aprovechando los recortables que tenía y los restos de los chipboards que me sobraron de la portada. Solo añadí el chipboards Borde Olas.

En los bordes de cada página apliqué generosamente tinta azul y polvo de embosing iriscente, que le dió un toque mágico a cada hoja que me encantó.

In all the pages I followed the same decoration format, taking advantage of the cutouts that I had and the remains of the chipboards that were left over from the cover. I just added the Wave Edge chipboards.

On the edges of each page I generously applied blue ink and iridescent embosing powder, which gave each sheet a magical touch that I loved.
