TUTORIAL: Cómo hacer un álbum de Scrapbooking femenino con una Shaker Ajedrez.

 Hola chicas! Soy María José de Scrap Planeta. ¡Qué ganas tenía de hacer un proyecto con esta nueva colección!. Desde que Super Girl aterrizó en mis manos tuve claro cuál iba a ser mi primer proyecto: un álbum con una gran shaker tablero de ajedrez ¿adivináis por qué? seguro que sí...Hay que hacer verdaderos malabares para poder llevar nuestra vida adelante ¿verdad?, una partida difícil donde a veces hay que sacrificar alguna ficha...pero ahí estamos luchando como unas guerreras!!!

Hello girls! I'm María José from Scrap Planeta. How I wanted to do a project with this new collection! Ever since Super Girl landed in my hands, it was clear to me what my first project was going to be: an album with a big chessboard shaker, can you guess why? I'm sure it is... We have to do real juggling to be able to carry on with our lives, right? A difficult game where sometimes we have to sacrifice a token... but there we are fighting like warriors!!!

Como veis, toda la portada de este álbum es la Shaker Tablero de Ajedrez. Es una shaker preciosa con muchas posibilidades y reconozco que me sorprendió un montón trabajar con ella. Tiene dos rellenos independientes, el marco central y el enorme fondo, lo que permite muchas combinaciones y queda impresionante ver dentro el movimiento del relleno.

En el marco interior coloqué un par de motivos de la hoja de recortables de la colección Super Girl y utilicé para el relleno pepitas acrílicas rosa crepé, pepitas azul denim y diamantes irisados. Todo está pintado con pintura acrílica y embosado en caliente.

As you can see, the entire cover of this album is the Chess Board Shaker. It is a beautiful shaker with many possibilities and I admit that I was very surprised to work with it. It has two independent fills, the central frame and the huge background, which allows many combinations and it is impressive to see the movement of the fill inside.

In the inner frame I placed a couple of motifs from the Super Girl collection cut-out sheet and used crepe pink acrylic nuggets, denim blue nuggets and iridescent diamonds for the filling. Everything is painted with acrylic paint and hot embossed.

El álbum está realizado con cartón de 1.5 mm y forrado en el exterior con antelina Gris Nube. Para el lomo utilicé un fondo de chipboard Aladin y recortables de la colección. y en la trasera puse una chapita personalizada en oro rosa, como las de "hecho a mano" que podéis encontrar en la web de Kora.

Contiene 4 páginas completas y 4 páginas sobre diferente nivel sobre una espina clásica en acordeón, todo decorado por ambas partes con la colección Super Girl.

The album is made with 1.5 mm cardboard and lined on the outside with Cloud Gray suede. For the spine I used an Aladin chipboard background and cut-outs from the collection. and on the back I put a personalized pink gold badge, like the "handmade" ones that you can find on the Kora website.

It contains 4 full pages and 4 envelope pages at different levels on a classic accordion spine, all decorated on both sides with the Super Girl collection.

Para la estructura interior realicé una decoración para poner fotografías en bolsillos, tarjetones bolsillo, marcos decorados  y tarjetas dobles con cierre. Para éstas últimas me vino genial la hoja de la collección Women´s Planet. La espina también la decoré con papel de la colección y cartulina plateada.

For the interior structure I made a decoration to put photographs in pockets, pocket cards, decorated frames and double cards with closure. For the latter, the sheet from the Women's Planet collection came in handy. I also decorated the spine with paper from the collection and silver cardboard.

Con los recortables y algunos chipboards decoré cada página del interior. El chipboard de palabras Super Girl quedó genial para complementar. Algunos los coloqué al natural, y otros los pinté a dos colores quedando un efecto muy chulo.

With the cutouts and some chipboards I decorated each page inside. The Super Girl word chipboard was great to complement. I placed some of them natural, and others I painted in two colors, leaving a very cool effect.

Para hacer los marcos en relieve utilicé cartón contracolado y los decoré igualmente con chipboards y recortables. Están abiertos por los laterales para poder meter fotografías. Para mí, todas las maderitas de flores y plantas son un básico ya que se pueden colocar en casi cualquier composición y quedan super bien. En este caso use los chipboards Rama de Cerezo y Serval.

To make the relief frames I used laminated cardboard and also decorated them with chipboards and cut-outs. They are open on the sides to be able to put pictures. For me, all the flower and plant pieces of wood are a basic since they can be placed in almost any composition and they look great. In this case I used the Rama de Cerezo and Serval chipboards.
