Today I bring you a tutorial to make pennants for all your celebrations, you are going to be the queen of all events! hahaha

Para comenzar, tenemos disponible en KORA Projects varios modelos de banderines ya cortados.

En mi caso, he utilizado los de ondas. También voy a utilizar la colección Wonderland.

Necesito dos hojas de dos estampados diferentes, ya que voy a crear dos alturas (en cada hoja me caben dos banderines).

Dibujo el contorno del banderín sobre todas las hojas, es decir, cuatro banderines de un estampado y cuatro de otro estampado para colocar uno sobre el chipboard del banderín y otro sobre el primer papel decorado. El papel que va pegado al chipboard será un poco más pequeño que el propio chipboard, y el segundo papel, que irá encima del primer papel, será un poco más pequeño que el primero; así tendremos el borde de antelina y el borde del primer papel.

También necesitamos cuatro cartulinas blancas con el contorno del banderín para pegarlas por detrás cuando estén acabados.

Recortamos todos los dibujos de los banderines que tenemos sobre las hojas y empezaremos a forrar el canto de todo el banderín con la antelina azul turquesa, y este paso lo repetiremos en todos los banderines que vayamos a necesitar. He utilizado cuatro banderines para formar la palabra KORA.

Ponemos cola en el borde del banderín, en cada uno de los extremos, y seguiremos la forma del banderín hasta terminar todo el contorno.

To start, we have several models of pennants already cut available at KORA Projects.

In my case, I have used the wave ones. I'm also going to use the Wonderland collection.

I need two sheets of two different patterns, since I am going to create two heights (two pennants fit on each sheet).

I draw the outline of the pennant on all the sheets, that is, four pennants of one pattern and four of another pattern to place one on the chipboard of the pennant and another on the first decorated paper. The paper that is attached to the chipboard will be a little smaller than the chipboard itself, and the second paper, which will go on top of the first paper, will be a little smaller than the first; thus we will have the suede edge and the edge of the first paper.

We also need four white cards with the outline of the pennant to stick them on the back when they are finished.

We cut out all the drawings of the pennants that we have on the sheets and we will begin to line the edge of the entire pennant with the turquoise suede, and we will repeat this step in all the pennants that we are going to need. I have used four pennants to form the word KORA.

We put glue on the edge of the pennant, at each of the ends, and we will follow the shape of the pennant until we finish the entire contour.

Una vez tenemos todos los banderines forrados de antelina y todas las hojas recortadas, pegaremos la primera hoja sobre el banderín y la segunda sobre el papel. Ya tenemos nuestras bases.

Ya podemos decorar el banderín. Para ello yo he utilizado las iniciales de chip board, las he pintado con pintura acrílica y he recortado todos los die cut para decorar cada inicial.

Once we have all the pennants lined with suede and all the leaves cut out, we will stick the first sheet on the pennant and the second on the paper. We already have our bases.

Now we can decorate the pennant. For this I have used the chip board initials, I have painted them with acrylic paint and I have cut out all the die cuts to decorate each initial.

También pegaremos la parte trasera de cartulina blanca, ya recortado previamente.

Para unir los banderines y poderlos colgar, he realizado tiras de 10x4cm del sobrante de uno de los papeles decorados (necesitamos dos por banderín) y tiras de 9.5x3.5cm del otro papel decorado restante. Hago los agujeros de los banderines y lo uno con brad. Después colocamos la cuerda. Y ya están nuestros banderines terminados.

We will also glue the back of white cardboard, already cut out previously.

To join the pennants and be able to hang them, I have made 10x4cm strips from the remainder of one of the decorated papers (we need two per pennant) and 9.5x3.5cm strips from the other remaining decorated paper. I make the holes for the pennants and join them with brad. Then we put the rope. And our pennants are finished.
