Hoy os traigo las tapas alteradas con técnicas mixed media de uno de los nuevos álbumes con tapas de madera de KORA projects. Yo he escogido el álbum de 30x30 cm con hojas blancas; pero os recuerdo que hay otros tres tamaños y que en todos tenéis la opción de elegir las hojas en color kraft.

Today I’m bringing you these mixed media altered covers of one of the new KORA projects albums with wood covers. I chose the 30x30 cm album with white sheets; but there are other three sizes and all of them have the option of kraft color sheets.
Para la parte interior de las tapas, he utilizado uno de los papeles de la colección Hello Spring, con un precioso diseño de plumas: Dance of bird. Como son las partes que van pegadas a las hojas blancas, las he dejado bastante sencillas: sólo un poco de color y unos sellos aquí y allá.
For the inside part of the covers, I’ve used one of the paper from Hello Spring collection, with a beautiful design of feathers: Dance of bird. As these are the parts that go close to the sheets, I’ve kept them quite simple: just coloring and some stamping here and there.
En la parte interior de la otra tapa he hecho exactamente lo mismo, variando un poco los sellos para darle un toque ligeramente diferente.
For the inside part of the other cover I’ve done exactly the same, just changing a bit the stamps to give it a slightly different touch.
En la portada he creado un patrón de textura, le he dado color y un toque diferente con líneas doradas. El punto focal es una de las tarjetas de la colección Hello Spring que viene en la hoja Our Story. Para completar la composición he utilizado los chipboars Reja rococó rectangular y algunas flores.
In the cover I created a textured pattern, gave color and a different touch with golden lines. The focal point is one of the cards from Hello Spring Collection that you can find in the sheet Our Story. To complete the composition I used Rectangular rococo grating chipboard and some flowers.
Quería que mi álbum fuera “reversible”, poder abrirlo por ambos lados indistintamente y trabajar en sus páginas en cualquier dirección. Así que este álbum tiene dos portadas y en la segunda cambié los colores y el punto focal es el chipboard Aladdin marco circular, con unas flores y un sello estampado.

I wanted my album to be “reversible”, that it can be opened both sides equally and work on the pages in any direction. So this album has too front covers and in the second one I changed the colors, plus the focal point is the Aladdin circular frame chipboard with some flowers and a stamp.
