TUTORIAL. Marco de foto sobre una paleta de pintor/ Photo frame on a painter's palette.

Hello everyone! I am Lidia, from the Lady Craft Web channel and today I bring you this inspiration project, where we will alter a painter's palette.

You dont have anyone? Never mind! Because we are going to create our own painter's palette with plywood. 😊

Para realizar este proyecto vamos a utilizar una plantilla con la silueta de nuestra paleta, puedes encontrar fácilmente esta silueta en internet. Una vez tenemos impresa y recortada la silueta, vamos a calcar su forma en una plancha de cartón. En mi caso, estoy utilizando el cartón de Kora, que puedes encontrarlo aquí.

Puedes recortar fácilmente este cartón con ayuda de las tijeras, ya que es muy finito.

To carry out this project we will use a template with the silhouette of our palette, you can easily find this silhouette on the internet. Once we have the silhouette printed and trimmed, we will trace its shape on a cardboard board. In my case, I am using Kora's cardboard, which you can find here.

You can easily cut this cardboard with the help of scissors, since it is very thin.

Una vez cortada la pieza de cartón, vamos a pintar todos los bordes con pintura acrílica, yo voy a utilizar un color salmón, ya que combina muy bien con los papeles de Kora Projects de la colección “Princcess Garden”.

Once the cardboard piece is cut, we will paint all the edges with acrylic paint, I will use a salmon color, since it combines very well with the Kora Projects papers of the “Princcess Garden” collection.

Después, vamos a coger dos papeles de la colección y con ayuda de la plantilla vamos a calcar la forma en ellos para recortarlos. Puedes encontrar la colección Princess Garden aquí.

Then, we will take two papers from the collection and with the help of the template we will trace the shape on them to cut them. You can find the Princess Garden collection here.

Antes de pegarlos al cartón ó a nuestra paleta, vamos a envejecer los bordes con la ayuda de las tijeras. ¡Me encanta este efecto 😊!

Before sticking them to the cardboard or our palette, we will age the edges with the help of scissors. I love this effect 😊!

Una vez pegadas a nuestra pieza por ambas caras, vamos a coger con la ayuda de un stencil y vamos a aplicar pasta de relieve por algunas zonas de nuestro proyecto.

Once glued to our piece on both sides, we will take with the help of a stencil and we will apply paste paste in some areas of our project.

Por último, con los die cut de la colección, algunas cintas de encaje, gasas y las flores de color coral de Kora, vamos a decorar todo nuestro proyecto. Puedes encontrar los die cut aquí y las flores aquí.

Finally, with the die cut of the collection, some lace ribbons, chiffon and coral flowers from Kora, we will decorate our entire project. You can find the die cut here and the flowers here.
