CAJA PRIMAVERAL/ SPRING BOX

Hola, soy Silvia de Mi mundo scrap y hoy os traigo, para Koraprojects, un tutorial para elaborar una cajita muy primaveral con los papeles de la colección HolyMint Day que, aunque están pensados para una comunión o un bautizo, son tan versátiles que se puede preparar cualquier proyecto con ellos.

Hi, I'm Silvia fromMi mundo scrap and today I bring you, for Kora projects, a tutorial to prepare a very spring box with th eHolyMint Day collection papers that, although they are designed for a communion or a baptism, are so versatile that an yproject with them can be prepared.

 Como quería regalar una cajita redonda de la famosa marca de joyería, adapté mi caja a las medidas de la misma. Por ello, debía tener una base de 12x12 y una altura de 6,5 cm. Aquí os dejo un croquis del cajón.

As I wanted to give a round box of the famous jewelry brand, I adapted my box to the measurement sofit. Therefore, its hould have a base of 12x12 and a heightof 6,5 cm. Here youhave a sketch of the drawer.

 

Recorté una cartulina según las medidas y marqué con la plegadora.

I cut out a cardboard according to the measurements and marked with the folder.

 

Fui plegándola y pegándola como en las fotos.

I went folding it and pasting it like in the photos.

Hasta obtener una caja así.

Until you get a box like that.

Para las bases corté dos cuadrados de chipboard de 12,5x12,5 cm.

For the bases I cut two 12,5x12,5 cm chipboard squares.

Y dos cuadrados de papel de 15,5x15,5 cm.

And two square sof paper 15,5x15,5 cm.

Forré el chipboard con los papeles.

I lined the chipboard with the papers.

 

Después empecé a cubrir la caja con papel decorado tanto en el interior como en el exterior.

Then I began to cover the box with decorated paper both inside and outside.

 

Para colocar el tirador, una vez forrada la parte externa de una de las caras, hice dos agujeros con un punzón y lo sujeté con unos pequeños brads.

To place the handle, once the out erpartofone of the faces was lined, I made two holes with a punch and fastened it withs mall brads.

Después cubrí la parte interior con papel.

Then I covered the inside with paper.

Así quedó la caja una vez cubierta toda.

That is how the box was once covered.

Para la estructura, recorté una cartulina blanca de 12 cm. de ancho por 35,2 cm. Marqué con la plegadora a los 5 cm. del borde y a continuación a 6,5 cm. más, a 12,2 cm. y a 6,5 cm.

For the structure, I cut out a white cardboard of 12 cm. wideby 35,2 cm. I marked witht he folder at 5 cm. from the edge and thento 6,5 cm. more, at 12,2 cm. and 6,5 cm.

A continuación, pegué por la parte interior de una de las bases la parte central de la cartulina.

Next, I glued the central part of the cardboard on the inside of one of the bases.

Y doblé así.

And I folded like that.

Después pegué la otra base en el lado opuesto.

Then I pasted the other base on the opposite side.

Y ya sólo queda decorar. Yo incluí los colores turquesas, azules y amarillos, a juego con los papeles, así como flores, recortes de la hoja Holy girl y el chipboard "Graciaspor ser como eres!" que pinté un poco con el Gelato Caramel.

And it only remainsto decorate. I included the colors turquoise, blue and yellow, matching the papers, as well as flowers, cutoutso fthe Holy girl paper and the chipboard "Graciaspor ser como eres!" I painted a little with Gelato Caramel.
