 Hola hola!! soy Angela Cabedo de @angelacabedo_scrap y hoy es mi turno en el DT de Kora projects, así que y os vengo con una publicación un tanto especial!!

Este año tan diferente, debemos felicitar de manera especial las navidades a toda nuestra gente, así que he preparado una MAXI tarjeta shaker por fuera, y shaker por dentro!!

Se trata de una felicitación muy grande, de tamaño 22'5x21'5cm en la que os muestro que solamente utilizando antelina, cartón contracolado, acetato, chipobards y cartulinas perladas, se puede hacer esta maxi tarjeta!!

Hello Hello!! I'm Angela Cabedo from @angelacabedo_scrap and today is my turn at the Kora projects DT, so I am bringing you a somewhat special post !! 

This very different year, we must congratulate all our people on Christmas in a special way, so I have prepared a MAXI shaker card on the outside, and a shaker on the inside !!

It is a very large greeting card, 22'5x21'5cm in size in which I show you that only using suede, laminated cardboard, acetate, chipobards and pearl cardboard, can this maxi card be made !!

PORTADA

Os cuento como he hecho la portada. Como veis, la portada es en su totalidad una ventana shaker, pero toda cortada a mano. He cortado 1 carton contracolado de 22,5x21,5cm y un cartón ligero de la misma medida y he cortado 9 ventanales de 4,5x4.5cm aproximadamente, en cada uno de los cartones. Los he forrado con Antelina Rosa Palo, y para la shaker, he utilizado acetato foil cobre de modelo Polka Dots para la parte delantera, y el acetato rígido para la parte trasera.

I tell you how I made the cover. As you can see, the cover is entirely a shaker window, but all cut by hand. I have cut 1 laminated cardboard of 22.5x21.5cm and a light cardboard of the same size and I have cut 9 windows of approximately 4.5x4.5cm, in each of the cardboard. I've lined them with Pale Pink Suede, and for the shaker, I've used Polka Dots copper foil acetate for the front, and rigid acetate for the back.

He cortado la misma plantilla para la parte blanca que se ve como primera pieza, que la he forrado con cartulina perlada blanca. He incluido dos copos de nieve de metacrilado a modo de decoración, unos die-cuts y unas flores troqueladas con la misma cartulina perlada blanca, que dan un toque muy elegante a la composición. La shaker la he rellenado de Diamantes acrílicos irisados y plateados.

I have cut the same template for the white part that looks like the first piece, which I have lined with white pearl cardboard. I have included two methacrylate snowflakes as decoration, some die-cuts and some flowers cut out of the same white pearl cardboard, which give a very elegant touch to the composition. I have filled the shaker with iridescent and silver acrylic diamonds.

INTERIOR

En el interior nos encontramos la Chimenea shaker, que esta repujada con Antelina Gris Ceniza, y algunos de los elementos que comprenden el kit de la chimenea, los he puesto por fuera para que combinen con la parte del shaker, que queda siempre a la vista. He puesto los diamantes acrílicos irisados y plateados también para que combine con toda la composición.

Inside we find the shaker Chimney, which is embossed with Ash Gray Suede, and some of the elements that comprise the fireplace kit, I have put them on the outside to combine with the part of the shaker, which is always visible . I've put the iridescent and silver acrylic diamonds as well to match the entire composition.

He querido hacer una representación de las paredes de nuestras casas, donde la mitad de la pared hasta el suelo es de azulejos, y mitad pared hacia el techo, es pintada. Por lo tanto, la pared de la chimenea está forrada con Antelina Gris Acero y la he cosido para un mejor acabado. También he añadido unos trozos de cartón contracolado para dar sensación de baldosas. La parte superior es cartulina perlada Blanca. El rosetón que está en la parte superior, está forrado con Antelina Rosa Palo, decorado con unos die-cuts, el chipboard de Feliz Navidad y unos troquelados de flores.

I wanted to make a representation of the walls of our houses, where half the wall to the floor is made of tiles, and half the wall to the ceiling is painted. Therefore, the wall of the fireplace is lined with Steel Gray Suede and I have sewn it for a better finish. I have also added a few pieces of laminated cardboard to give a tiled feel. The top is white pearl card stock.The rose window at the top is lined with Pale Pink Suede, decorated with die-cuts , Merry Christmas chipboard and flower cutouts.

En la parte trasera, he forrado con Ecopiel Metalizada plata, la misma que he utilizado par unir las dos piezas de la tarjeta maxi. Y he puesto el detalle del acetato con foil dorado HandMade, sobre un cartón contracolado forrado de Antelina Rosa Palo. 

On the back, I have lined with Silver Metallic Leatherette, the same one that I used to join the two pieces of the maxi card.And I have put the detail of the acetate with Handmade gold foil, on a laminated cardboard lined with Pale Pink Antelina.
