TUTORIAL. Conjunto de ecopiel para la oficina/Faux leather set for the office

 Hola, soy Silvia de Mi mundo scrap,  y hoy os traigo, para Kora projects, un tutorial muy rápido y sencillo para hacer un conjunto para la oficina de portafotos, portalápices y portanotas, todo de ecopiel safari blanco.

Hi, I'm Silvia from Mi mundo scrap, and today I bring you, for Kora projects, a very quick and simple tutorial to make a set for the office of photo frames, pencil holders and note holders, all in white safari eco-leather.

Empiezo con el portafotos. Tiene una medida de 12x17 cm. y la foto se coloca en el exterior del mismo sujeta con una pinza.

I start with the photo frame. It has a measure of 12x17 cm. and the photo is placed on the outside of it, held with a clamp.

Para hacerlo, corto un rectángulo de cartón de 12x17 cm. y otro interior dejando un margen de 2 cm.

To do this, I cut a 12x17 cm cardboard rectangle. and another interior leaving a margin of 2 cm.

Forro todo el marco con la ecopiel.

I line the entire frame with faux leather.

Corto otro rectángulo de cartón de 11,7x16,7 cm. para la trasera y lo forro también con la ecopiel.

I cut another 11,7x16,7 cm. cardboard rectangle. for the back and lining it also with faux leather.

Si se desea, se puede coser todo el borde de ambos elementos.

If desired, the entire edge of both elements can be sewn.

Para el pie, corto un trozo de cartón como el de la foto separando un rectángulo 2 cm. de la parte superior para poder doblarlo después y lo forro de ecopiel. Corto también un trozo de papel, en mi caso el papel Un lugar sagrado de la colección Comunión niño, y cubro la otra cara del pie. Si se desea, se puede coser todo el margen. 

For the foot, I cut a piece of cardboard like the one in the photo, separating a rectangle 2 cm. from the upper part to be able to fold it later and I cover it with eco-leather. I also cut a piece of paper, in my case the paper Un lugar sagrado from the Comunión niño collection, and I cover the other side of the foot. If desired, the entire margin can be sewn on.

Añado dos brads y, con un punzón, lo uno a la trasera.

I add two brads and, with an awl, one to the rear.

Pego un trozo de papel de 10,5 x15,5 cm. en la parte delantera de la trasera del marco.

I glue a 10,5 x 15,5 cm. piece of paper on the front of the back of the frame.

Y, con la cola de encuadernación, pego el marco a la trasera y... acabado!

And, with the binding glue, I glue the frame to the back and ... finished!

Ahora hacemos el portalápices.

Now we make the pencil holder.

Como base, utilizo unos botes de té que me da mi cuñada de su cafetería, pero podéis utilizar cualquier recipiente. Retiro el papel del exterior y le quito la base y la tapa. Corto un trozo de ecopiel del tamaño del bote.

As a base, I use some pots of tea that my sister-in-law gives me from her cafeteria, but you can use any container. I remove the paper from the outside and remove the base and lid. I cut a piece of faux leather the size of the boat.

Para que no se vea el cartón en el borde superior, lo pinto con gesso blanco.

So that the cardboard is not visible on the top edge, I paint it with white gesso.

Y ya sólo queda pegar la ecopiel al bote y añadir la base.

And all that remains is to glue the eco-leather to the boat and add the base.

Y, por último, preparamos el portanotas.

And finally, we prepare the notebook.

Corto dos cuadrados de cartón de 8x8 cm. y un rectángulo de 3,5x8 cm.

I cut two 8x8 cm. cardboard squares and a rectangle of 3,5x8 cm.

Forro los tres elementos con ecopiel dejando un pequeño espacio de unos 5 mm. entre cada uno de ellos y corto un trozo de papel de 8x19,5 cm.

I cover the three elements with eco-leather, leaving a small gap of about 5 mm. between each of them and cut a piece of paper 8x19,5 cm.

Si se desea, se puede coser todo el margen de la portada.

If desired, the entire margin of the cover can be sewn on.

Coloco dos cintas en el interior de ambos extremos de la portada y pego el papel.

I put two ribbons on the inside of both ends of the cover and glue the paper.

Y ya sólo queda colocar las hojas de notas o post-its en el interior.

And it only remains to place the note sheets or post-its inside.

Así quedan los tres artículos...

So are the three articles...

...y ya sólo hay que decorarlos. Para ello he utilizado flores de papel, encaje, hojas y blonda troqueladas con cartulina perlada crema y los chipboards Rama con cinco hojas y Marco barroco circular.

...and you just have to decorate them. For this I have used paper flowers, lace, leaves and lace cut with cream pearl cardboard and the chipboards Rama con cinco hojas and Marco barroco circular.
